  • $250 one-time Onboarding/Application fee

  •  12-month lease required for anticipated usage over 40 hours per month

  •  $500 security refundable deposit required

  •  First month rent due prior to start

Water & Washing Only

$175/month

​Unlimited use of clean water source, gray water drop & ware washing sinks

Single day use of the commissary with the intention to sell food, either publicly or privately. User must possess all the required licensing and certifications.

  • Liability insurance naming Nefarious Eats LLC as additional insured

  • Current ServSafe Food manager certificate Permits based on your industry

  • Nefarious Eats Code of Conduct

  • Release of Liability

  • Security deposit (refundable) $500
