Overnight 11pm-6am    $15/hour

4-hour monthly minimum required at $25/hour

12-month lease required for all commissary users over 40 hours per month

  • $500 security deposit required (refundable)

  • $250 one-time Onboarding/Application fee

  • First month rent due prior to start

  • Signed month-to-month lease (12-month lease required for usage over 40 hours per month)

  • Liability insurance naming Nefarious Eats LLC as additional insured

  • Current ServSafe Food manager certificate

  • License issued by PA DOH or PA DOA (obtained with the assistance of Nefarious Eats in coordination of the appropriate governing agency)

  • Signed Nefarious Eats Code of Conduct

  • Signed Release of Liability

Water & Washing

$175/month

 

Available only for food trucks, carts & stands that meet the requirements and approval of the PA Department of Health

Pop Up

Ghost Kitchen

 Single Day Use 

$40/hour​

 

Single day use of the commissary is available for pop ups, ghost kitchens, caterers with the intention to sell food, either publicly or privately or to non-professionals in need of a larger kitchen to cook for personal use.

 

User must possess all the required licensing and certifications.

 

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Security deposit (refundable) $500

  • Minimum of 4 hours required

  • Limited to 2 days per month

  • Liability insurance naming Nefarious Eats LLC as additional insured

  • Current ServSafe Food manager certificate *

  • Permits based on your industry *

  • Signed Nefarious Eats Code of Conduct

  • Signed Release of Liability

  • Payment for commissary rental is due in full before usage
